After thoughts
Whispering in my ear
Reminding me
Winding me
Whispering to me
Whispering of thoughts
Of those before me
Who would know such a thing?
To see into the light
And whisper its sweet hymns
Knowing the harmonies lyrics of the light,
To lie with the wind
It its soft whimsical sheets of cotton and silk
Why can no one simply dance with the flickering flames
And no longer bear their mortal skin? Is it possible?
To hear the deafening silence of the sea,
To know its dark daunting secrets or
To see its light hearted love.
After thoughts they plague us all
With such beauty and darkens

Nicely written, indeed. I do have to admit that your poetic talents are deepening! Kudos to you!
This piece reminds me of a dark dream for some reason. The words flow together beautifully.
