To Joyce, my friend, my sister halve,
this kyrielle I send your way,
I wish that you may always have
a hunny, funny, sunny day.
It means a lot to be your friend,
I hope that you will always stay,
when you are here, we can all spend
a hunny, funny, sunny day.
Your smile, it brightens up the room
as you depict a bright sun ray,
a rose that opens to full bloom
a hunny, funny, sunny day.

Excellent
A WONDERFUL Kyrielle, Perfect form, Pefect flow and an anchor line that says it all.
Well done. - our Sunny Day will be MUCH sunnier now. What a pleasure to read this dedication to one of the kindest people I know. BRAVO! ~Pam -
Wonderful!
I love hunny, funny sunniness
Great job Jim, and a wonderful tribute to one that is very deserving I'm sure. Beautiful Kyrielle, I've yet to write one, but the time is fast appoaching as its one of the assignments for my AP class
The rhyming and meter was on key (except for the very first line: halve)
that I would consider a bit forced since it's not really a word, but you used it seemingly to get a rhyme for have.
Nehoo, just thought I'd point it out, I would feel as though I'm doing you an injustice if I hadnt. Other than that it was a fantastic piece, and deserves a clap hand
LOL
Best wishes always,
Stacy
ps: I adore POOH!

A.-O.K. 10-Q, sir
This ordered verse, conveying as it does its warm, encouraging, and friendly message, did help greatly change my foul mood this early pre-sunrise dawn. I am sick, my son is sick, so this was just the ticket. -
Hi, Anna! Thanks for your wonderful comment, and the heartwarming applause!

Hi, sis! I am so thrilled that you liked this little piece I wrote. We are poetic twin siblings, seperated at conception.
I know we will be friends forever, even should AllPoetry one day close forever. Thanks for the great comment, the good luck wish for the contest, and the standing ovation with applause. You know it means a lot to me, coming from the sister I never had. You are more of a sister to me, than my real life half-sister. Hugs to you and your husband.

THANK YOU!!!
Jim,
Tears of joy as I am so touched by this. You are the best brother I could ever have as I don't have any in my blood family. It means a lot to me Jim, I also hope that we will forever remain friends. Otherwise it just wouldn't be "a hunny, funny, sunny day." If there ever comes a day that I leave this site and I don't think that will happen anytime soon. I hope never, I will not lose touch with you and the new family I have found. Thank you so much for this Jim, it touches my heart so deeply.
Best wishes in the contest bro. If I have to get second, I'll gladly take it if your first.
Love and blessings for you and the family, today and always my dear sweet bro!!!!!
Joyce
P.S. You know you get a standing ovation along with the applause for this.
