When I was Little, Not so long ago
Great confusement did Christmas bestow
For from the stories that to me were read
Christmas time was a time to dread.
For clearly It did seem to me
that there were Two very separate Christmas entity
There was the man all dressed in red
who held you tight in the mall and said
Ho Ho Ho I’m feeling jolly
I’m Father Christmas And he gave you a lolly.
But then there was the one in the song
He dressed the same but something was wrong
So I listened to the warning that was sang to me
And I hoped this man never to see
It told of man that was coming to town
I thought of him as big with a terrible frown
With fangs as long as the dogs next door.
He had to be evil with a name like Claws.
and why did he keep a list of all that were nice
When one just for the naughty would have sufficed
Now I might have got things horribly wrong
Totally confused by one harmless song
So take note of this lesson when Christmas is around
And to the children try not to confound.
And refer to the man with the toy filled sack
As old St Nicolas and leave it at that.

This is brillant to say the least. The animation is spot on and I love it. The poem is a delight to the Christmas season. I must book marke this one
