It always starts deep in your soul
then your fingers start snapping
you then put your hand together
wave your arms and start clapping
Then the music gets you moving
by now your elbow are flapping
the words are hard to understand
the group singing stinks at rapping
Next legs start swaying to and fro
your partner is rather strapping
you can't sit still so start to move
it's time to get those feet tapping
Now you have it you can dance
with the music you are groovin
keep up the rhythm and the beat
always keep those feet movin

That frog rocks!
This reminds me of when David came back from war and was dancing for joy. I think dancing is a gift of expression that we don't do enough, or I don't. Thanks for reminding me.

I like how you put dancing with music..since if you listen to music you usally do some kinda dancing. And the frog adds a good touch to :-p.
