Spiraling on a downhill run against life's fate
How time has changed so many things
The choices we make tell our tale
Some take the hard road
Some the easy way out
Some just take the long way around
In the end we all face the same
Black, white, yellow, green
Today color is no matter
It's how you choose to live your life
Was once OK to start a family at an early age
Today, it's "babies having babies"
Women staying home raising their family
Bonding? No.....
Today, you're just lazy
A single mother having a child
Then you where shunned
Today, you're Strong
Relegion, then was forced upon youth
Today it's a choice
Once drugs where acceptable
Today, you're the devil
Simply a choice made out of weakness
The desire to be high
Take off into a world unknown
There's no one there to bring you down
Choices....
Every choice you make in life matters
No mater how big or small
It sets the stage for the next generation to grow
What is right today maybe wrong tomorrow
Only time will tell
