Steer clear of the crooked step.
The worn, weathered wood,
crippled by worms and warped by rot,
will snap underneath your feet
and leave your head falling -
like a brick -
towards the dark side of the moon.

The crooked step is to signify a bad choice or path in life...If you don't step lightly and pass it fast enough, you'll risk falling into it and suffering a downward spiral.
