We've walked this path of life for oh so long,
And we've developed a bond that is ever strong.
It seems with every day that passes your picture begins to fade,
"Please stay here with me" was the constant prayer that I prayed.
Are you ready for your life to end?
Are you ready to leave your family and your friends?
We all have one life to live, so live it and live it well,
All of us exist in life after death whether it be in heaven or in hell.
You've breathed your last and final breath,
And you've passed from life into death.
Everyday I stand by the end of the back road,
But you are never going to return.
Upon my heart you've bestowed this heavy load,
Which has taught me a lesson which I must learn.
When you head down to the end of the back road,
Will you be ready for your journey to end?
Will you be ready to leave your family and friends?
You cannot go back in time,
So write a good ending to your story or your rhyme.

This is brilliant! It's so touching and emotional, I almost started to cry at it!
Brilliant work, it's absolutely amazing.
What was funny though is the subject you wrote about I thought was what passera was about. I had to translate lyrics as I thought passera was a song about death!
