Kindred loving Lady Raven
and Lord Crow put their wings to flight
beyond the grave then met one eve
as amorous spirits of the night!
A dark angelic daughter spawned
Vampiress Angel from the shades
of their nether-worldly gatherings
in the blood-tint moonlight of the glade.
Together there they tied the knot
upon the vows of afterlife
that they both inhabit as phantoms now
as a Dark Lord and his Lady...
A ring that binds, a picket fence,
a garden in the nightly mist
is all she asked, and once received
she seals with her deadly kiss!
'Partners in Death' together now
reigning over the unliving
quick to take the soul away
from you who are uncaring and ungiving!
This mystifying matrimony set
in black ivory in an inlaid chest
that holds the essence of their love
which feeds the shadows of their breasts!
Hugs and bites, Mi'Amore!

I'm not sure how to describe this. Most definitely dark but with a hint of sweetness, is my best description. The imagery was stunning, though, and for some reason this particular line really stuck out for me:
". . . in the blood-tint moonlight of the glade."
Anyways, great write and pretty picture!
