The Shape Of Your Eyes
The shape of your eyes
Has me enthralled
Each time I gaze at them.
See your eyes change color
How they alter to a deep ebony
Allowing me to see how much
Passion lies deep in your soul
Each time you hold me tight.
Opening my heart to love again
Feelings I felt would not return.
You walked into my life
Out of the blue you were there,
Unable to resist your piecing eyes
Reaching out to me.
Encouraging me to trust again
You tell me you’re sincere,
Eyes never lie, I can see your soul
So, do I trust you with my heart?

Thank you Silver, I got the new title, will begin on it after work, that's why I asked you as I did not want to alter it as it would've spoit it.

Ohh dear I was hoping just for the sake that I can't judge this, it wouldn't be good. But this is fantastic. The wording, the way you used the form, and title. That makes it even harder. Now I don't want to loose a great poet from the contest so if you're still willing to give another title a go, then you can. I'll IM you the title. Well done.

You are right Yem, the eyes can lie sometimes, I have learnt to look into their souls, with a lot of practice, but I'm not always right. Thank you for your wonderful comment

Great question. Eyes of course can lie...as well as bear great truths...seen them both...It's a hard thing isn;t it...learning to trust someone. Sort of like tossing dice sometimes. I guess lots of listening and reading between the lines...and a little prayer. Or do as I do, talk a lot of jibberish and if they stick by you, well, they must be sincere. I don't know, lol.

WELL DONE
This is really warm and pleading Jenn. It flows well and has a question I don't think anyone could ever answer.
Well Done
