there are things we do at youth
but what sins were committed
were forgiven
and now to ponder
people think with so unrest
when some un-child sins
but...
responsibility is
an able response
but what if we are unable?
no matter our age?
is it still my burden?
should it sit at my table?
on my plate?
Oh to be responsibility...

this was inspired by Virtual Muse #3: Responsibility by my friend lavender shadows. It's a little off subject but I think the the credit is due.

I loved the wy you took the reader back thogh their youth and adult hood and ponder on their own responses .Was i or any of us always responsible ? Good write

This is in a similar vein to my poem that you responded to. Whereas I just touched on growing up, you have taken it a step further and disected actions and consequence. It has great depth for such a short piece. Well done.

thank you...it wasn't exactally what you asked for...but yeah...lol... you should list people who were inspired by you...that would get more people to do it (but I'd write something anyway...lol) tell me when you do this again...it's good practice.

I really like what you've done here with the prompt! This is a very thought-provoking write about responsibility... I really like how you've gone outside the box and gone into what if we are unable to be responsible. That's really creative. You've done a great job on this!
