Two little funny ants-
they wanted to wear pants.
But till the pants were made
they didn’t want to wait,
for both did have a date.
Their friend -she did not wait,
the ants came much too late.
The little funny ants
had time to buy their pants.
But till the pants were made
they didn’t want to wait.
There were too many dates-
the two were ever late!
And at the summers end
therefor the tiny ants
still did not wear their pants,
while waiting for their friends
they had their money spent,
for ice cream and a tent!
