The Lovers (1)

I lay my innocent eyes upon your gentle face,
You look so beautiful, so true.
Delving into truth in your deep eyes i trace,
I believe every word from you.

You hold me close, softly kissing me,
Enclosed in your darkened room.
We long for our nights together spent so free,
Encrypted in our lovers tomb.

I, at first, believed that there was something missing. I believed that you needed to add more; two stanzas were not enough...

But no, that is not true

What you have written is indeed wonderful and does not need to be changed.
