Woman is Woman

Woman is not what she wears,
neither a color of her eyes,
woman is love what she shares
without any fears and costly lies.

Woman is not only a body shapes,
neither habitual pattern of her own,
she is a place you choose to escape
to rest your heart and your bones.

Woman could be any color you need,
green, brown, black or even blue,
if she's here when you bleed
always the same and always new.

Great job on this poem! You've really got some deep thoughts going here. I loved the line "Woman is not what she wears...woman is love that she shares." That's just so awesome! Good luck on the contest!

Thank you for reading and this very precious comment.
Yes, I agree with you Ostara, but sometimes it is very hard to talk this way - my way - because some readers are scared of wiccan sayings. Harmony is most important, and very hard to subsist. Ying and yand are not enough close.

    this was gorgeous!!

Wonderful picture with a wonderful poem.. This really reminded me somehow of some wiccan sayings. The female power on this planet is really all the things you discribed, and you did that in such a personal, realistic way! I think we should all be more aware of the woman, that force in our lives, not only women themselves, but men too, so all could find a bit more harmony within themselves.
    Wonderful piece! Love you, Ostara

The equation of love is not applicable to any fixed rules of the world. It kneel down the logic, breaks the lines and captivates hearts!

Talking about feelings sounds too hard for me but you always can do that. It’s so good.I enjoy it.

Golden days are waiting for you..so forget the coldness of this winter.Snow will melt away soon and green spring will come with the buds of success.
    Be vernal....like a vernal leaf.

You have penned your sentiments so well here Sonja, it's not the color of her eyes or what she wears that makes a woman Sonja, as you rightly say, tis the love that is in her heart that makes her a true woman, love of family, love of husband/partner, love of life etc.. Best Wishes for the Contest
