I am a rivulet of cerebral ink
that flows so profusely
from my wounded soul's deepest well.
It gushers forth as a light
and foreboding shadows
filling my mind and world
with chilling visions
of charcoal demons, crimson dragons
and silvery angels.
Their symbolic dialogue fuels my torment
as they haunt me
like strange alien specters
from another cosmos.
They consume
my frayed thread of sanity's mantle
till my pen
screams
in spurts and sputtering
reflections.
My only peace,
my only breath
comes from
when I bleed
the touch of calm,
which shrouds my inner simmering soul's
flickers from fancy's wilderness.

So awesome. This was just purely entertaining to read. I was desprate to know what kind of fascinating line you would write next, which carried me through the poem wonderfully.
