"Why should -would- I ever hate you?" he asked as he grabbed her arm once more and pulled her back into his warm embrace. "I love you."
She shook her head and tried to pull away, but to no avail. Wet trails stained her pale cheeks as she closed her eyes tightly. "I'm not worthy of your love. Not anymore, if I ever was..."
He held her tightly against him, looking down at her helplessly. "Love isn't that simple. You know that. Why would you think yourself unworthy?"
Guilt glistened in her haunted eyes. "I helped kill our unborn child."

It's actually based on when Rose has that miscarriage after being raped for that week straight. And she's expecting Sharazon to hate her!

Awww! I love how you used 'her haunted eyes'. She's tormented so much by her feelings as well as her demon. It's so sad but it's a lovely write.

Drabbled are a lot of fun to play with. This was inspired by our plan to have Rose get raped and have a miscarriage. Remember that? It was for Draconic Love. Heh. Glad you liked it AND that I inspire you. <3

This is a fantasy...I just didn't include names and couldn't really think of a way to make it seem fantasy-like. It is based on fantasy characters however. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

This reminds me of the influence of a lot of my recent works.. Heh. Anywayyyy... Yes. I do so adore your Drabbles, darling. ^ ^; They've actually gotten me interested into writing some of my own.. Ahahah. Of course, they won't be as wonderful as yours, since I'll have to work out the kinks and such.. But, I think it'll be fun.
