Yes, I am a winner at a few things in life
I then saw the winners in others.
Walking by we all nodded our winning heads,
we were among winning brothers!
It doesn’t matter what it is I am a winner at
just as long as I was better at it than the rest,
I received my due recognition for it-
so there's no need to get a publicity agent!
I see some winners here, yes I do,
so for them to be winners, I now must lose!
But happy I’ll be, for them, then for me,
because the leaves are growing on my winner’s tree!
Success is a dream for most of us
failing is so often the outcome, I do trust;
so I jump up and down whenever I win,
that’s when the real fun begins!
Because, you see, in everyone’s fantasies
I am like a winner on TV,
they’d want me to get up and announce to the sun
that, along with my friends, I was #1!
So winning for me means sharing the pride
with those whose support allowed me to fly,
and for those who lost, what about them?
Give them encouragement, you’ll win a new friend!

I love it! You expressed the true feeling of winning. I so know that feeling and it's great. Though I also know the feeling of losing but I always try to keep in mind that I did my best and therefore I am no loser. It is difficult to be a loser when winning feels so darn good. But tis true when another loses one should take the time to show encouragment to help lift up the heart and soul of another to try once again and aim high.

Yay! I love! I love you!! I love you!!! This is exactly what I wanted!! Happy, rejoicing, winning... feeling that sun burst of exhuberance that permeates the heart, mind, soul and body! That "I did it!!" "I'm number one" kind of feeling. It pushes us onward and gives us courage and confidence to move ahead and to do and be and achieve even greater things. It let's us know if I did this... I can do that! It helps us to develop winning strategies for future feats. This is awesome and I love it. You did great!
