I forgot to tell him I loved him. He died.

a sad one liner here, i think many in the world will relate to this. spill ink and twist me into the crazy shape of love...

WONDERFUL
THAT IS POWERFUL. SO FEW WORDS - YET YOU ONLY NEED A FEW. THIS HIT HOME VERY MUCH INDEED. ALWAYS TELL THE ONES YOU LOVE, THAT YOU LOVE AND CARE FOR THEM. YOU JUST NEVER KNOW WHAT MAY BE IN STORE. THIS IS WHAT I WOULD CALL A 'WAKE-UP' CALL, TYPE OF PIECE. -
that was really sad

so powerful...i'm always scared somethign liek this will happend to me...so i tell him everynight....even if i'm mad at him...i say i love you. wonderful, this is good...

Such a powerful statement in so few words. Quite stark and shocking. Very well done.

this is sad, but in spirit, I am sure he knows that you love him, thanks for sharing this, keep up the awesome poetry..

This must be so painful to live with! When my step-dad got in a motorcycle accident, I didn't visit him at the hospital. Everyone thought he'd be fine, and things between us had never been too good. He died, and that sticks with me as well.
At least you've found a way to learn something from it,
your comment "I'll never forget again" is haunting, but it leaves me with hope for you.
