A Smart Little Fairy

Missing image

I.

Oh, sigh!
   Calculus tonight,
      Chemistry tomorrow,
         Economics on Saturday!
I’d better turn to the children’s stories,
         the adult fairies are coming!
They think I’m just a child
   with a child's mind!
Oh, sigh!

            beautiful, satisfying
                    ever burning, growing
           it brings me happiness-

You think you’re clever, don’t you? I love how you didn’t describe the picture at all, but drew inspiration from it. Your layout here really complemented the piece, you had my eyes dancing all across the screen. Marvellous job!

Thanks for entering my contest, and best of luck to you!

Ouch... you gave me a headache Love the write and the brain power that you have put into it as well. The forms look lovely and humorize the photo very well. Indeed, it is the first "reading" fairy I have ever seen!

Great job and best wishes... ~genie~
