Things are never quite that bad
Hold my hand and fly today
To the skies so far away
Flying high above your bed
Clouds a pillow for your head
Silver stars, a light so bright
Shines your way throughout this night
Angel waits with golden wings
Takes away your suffering
Feel soul of an angels kiss
All your worries he'll dismiss
Gather them like sacred charms
Hold them tight within his arms
Watch him now,give him your trust
Scatters them, like angel dust
Ask his help , you will receive
All his love if you believe
He will gently lay you down
Angels kiss, to smooth your frown

What a lovely poem! this is so sweet, the ryhming works really well because its such a magical poem...lovely! I liked how the angel was a man as well...as it is known that angels are actually men, but they are usually percieved as women (I know I see them as women still..) great write! xxx-xxx
