Take a look at yourself
Just take a look at yourself
As I do
Everyday.
A proper look. Are you pleased?
Are you happy with the way you behave?
You have talked to me about bias,
About fairness
Well where’s the justice in you?
You make me totally and utterly SICK
I hate the way you make me behave
What have I reduced myself to for you?
Why are you the only person not to see something in me?
Something vital and special?
Too long this has gone on for
Too long this has remained unsaid
Whispering speeches to myself every night
What I Will say to you
What I Should say to you
What I…could say to you
I hate you so much it aches
So much I’m stretched apart with it
But most of all…
I hate what I am
Because of you.

wow. I really love this poem. I would think it had something to do with a controling boy friend. Or one that takes too much...disregarding your values. showing them how you behave, how bad you behave, how it is all their fault.

Not a crappy poem, but a well penned lament for the impact we allow negative influences to have on our actual personhood, a good lesson to teach, if you let them chaNGE YOU OR INFLUENCE HOW YOU BEHAVE, THEN THE LOSERS WIN! GOOD JOB!

2 old applause
