I wonder why...
Were driven to succeed.
I wonder why...
We always want more than we need.
I wonder why...
We succumb to such greed.
Its causing such destruction.
Yet we continue to proceed.
I wonder why we discriminate
All based on background and race.
If no one did,
The world would be a much better place.
I wonder why...
The world can be so cruel.
We could live in harmony,
But to think we can all get along perfectly,
It seems you'd have to be a fool.
I wonder why...
People feel the need
To base things on stereotypes.
This world's not fair;
Its just not right.
The questions have no answers.
That's just how the world is.
Just do you best in everything;
Leave a good mark on the world.
End your life as innocent as it began.

I like it! Giving me very tought competition
LOL! But to give a critique I think you should work on the ending a little, it starts out so strong, and then gets a little weaker as it proceeds, that's just my opinion.
