Let Birds Rule

Lingering melodies from leaves above
Emulate anger and fear and love
Then we forgot about the birds in the trees

Blue skies became background, conversation the breeze
Ignoring the calls falling to the Earth
Reaching for our heartstrings, resounding rebirth
Death to the pavement, it's nothing but street
So forget about your cars, your buildings, your concrete

Remember the songstress above us all
Universe is air and water and Fall
Life should be slow and simple (not cruel)
Everyone retreat and let the birds rule

I like this, a good write. Deep, the hidden meaning is good.
