Joy Through Love

Joy
Trials
Over time
Molding patience
Fired in crucibles
Fashioned from dependence
Beaten and molded to form
Shaped by the Master Potter’s hands
Born of contentment in poverty
Not of cheerful feelings but of hard times

The Almighty Father works his desires
To cast the character of his child
Through tribulations and hardships
Tendered with loving nurture
Drawing his loved child near
Standing in the fire
Beside his child
Enduring
The same
Love

you have shown a mastery at forms here.the second stanza just served to enhance the first making your effort seem quite effortless for you.the love and dedication of the Father shows in each word.my best to you.

I am always amazed how people can pull off these poems that require such a watch on the syllables. I could never do it, so just based on that, I think this poem is amazing. I really liked the second stanza, it was very sweet.
