In the wood they nailed your master;
In cold stone they laid your lover.
Wept, Wept Lady Woman,
They took away your man,
his body lay cold and still.
Pray, Pray poor Woman,
He will come back to life again
and his final promise will fulfill.
Wait, Wait three days Woman,
He will cease all your sorrow
in this garden where you roam.
Have faith, Strong Woman,
Have trust in his revered vow,
hope will cease your last moan.
Smile, Smile grieved Woman
Before your eyes he will first appear
and you will testify his utmost deed
Stand up, brave Woman
When man strive to conceal you in fear
and shelter their new created creed
Now Hear, Hear Lady Woman,
Hear his name in every dawning pray,
where men still try to keep you away.

Afarin
It was surely one of those good poem I ever read. I like the ending very much…
Hear his name in every dawning pray,
where men still try to keep you away.
Afarin…it was so great.

Beautiful.I like the way you put the words twice it made it sincere as if they were talking to me and asking me to do so.3 days ressurection...maybe you were talking about Jesus.I have no clue but this is a work of art My Dear. <3 -

This is referring to Mary Magdalene thinking of Jesus's death, isn't it? It's lovely...even if I'm not sure if I believe they truly were married, I would have to read some of the lost books first, but an amazing piece none the less.
God Bless,
