Tear
Only a four letter word
Yet such a complex thing
A tear can express sadness
Or it can come with anger or joy
Tears can come at the death of a loved one
Tears can come at the birth of a new baby
Amazing such a little thing
That which comes from the eyes
Eyes considered windows to the soul
Tears tell a lot about a person
Tears can show a persons pride
It can be jealousy
Or a combination of both
Crying consists of tears
But do tears consist of crying
What do tears stand for
Is it the things that make them
Is there more than one version of a tear
T could be Trouble or Talking to a friend
E could be Economics or Enjoyment
A could be Attitude or Ageing
R could be Rape or Religion
Who defines the different tears
Yet we all know what each one is
And when to use each one
Wow what a tear
