All I want

Is for you to see me

As the wings of desperation

That I embraced around your waist

Before I was wilted down

To the bone of hope

And found wanting.

    wow!

The words used are powerfu; and the sadness is poigant too. The personification is very good and brings the reader into the piece. The imagery is awesome too.
