Lighting the sky at night
nothing can get in her way
shes beautiful when full,
but also beautiful as a crescent
the silver glow of her embrace
protects the youth from falling
she sits with the stars
to light the way for others
she is the moon,
the goddess of the night.

THis was a very creative poem and a good one for that matter. It was different from the rest and I hope to read more like this in the future. Good job on this and keep these types of creative poems comming. THis one flowed smoothly and it showed some creative thoughts in there with the beauty and the passion it had. It had good imagery also, although there were a few rought parts in there but overall it was good and did not require any major work. There was also not any major things that stood out to make the poem poor. IT was good and I am glad you wrote this for others to read. GOod job and keep them comming. -Juarez

I'm also a big fan of the moon....walks in the moonlight are one of my favorite things. This piece reminds me of many beautiful moonlit nights in my life. Good job.
