A Peom for Night Hope
This peom is for Night Hope
on her birthday
because I promised a peom
on her birthday.
Today was her birthday,
and this is my peom:
I met Night Hope
in a dream-
a peom dream-
with happy peom stuff in it.
Now this dream was not your average dream,
having this special peom in it...
Now this peom had flowers and butterflies in it...
Yes.
You know, girly stuff like that.
So I was la-la'ing around in this dream
and ran across this peom- just right for her birthday!
So I put it on a cake
and lit it.
Not a good idea, I found out!
After the firemen left
I put the burnt peom in an envelope
and mailed it to her
via the dream postman.
I hope she likes it.
There are a few words left she can still make out...
"...ppy Birthd..."
"...ight Hop..."
Then I woke up
and realized it was Night Hope's birthday.
I blurted out, 'Oh Shit!'
Pardon my language...
So happy birthday,
Night Hope!
(may I call you Wanda
just for this peom?)
