In the name of God

War.
Torture.
Atrocity.
All in the name of God.
How much can the world take,
having twisted religious madmen,
Dictate?
Terrify?
Dominate?
All in the name of God.
Why be the lambs led to slaughter,
By these power hungry shepherds?
Gather.
Herd.
Betray.
All in the name of God.
When will we learn to take a stand,
and refuse to be led into the wolf's jaws?
Abused.
Raped.
Consumed.
All in the name of God.

    I agree with this....I am a Christian...
You don't like war, torture,?..well, neither do I , and neither does God...anyone who does any of this S*** in the name of God is, to say the least, a hypocrite!!! This is like a rotten child doing a bunch of cruel, destructive acts, then pointing at the other child saying.."he did it!"...and so many don't even question this...
"When will we learn to take a stand,
And refuse to be led into the wolf's jaws?"...like I said, I agree with this poem...with it's powerful message...
And I do also think that it is well written...you convey your point effectively...
