How can words express the way i feel
They say its love
But what if i don't believe in it
This anxiety, frustration,"love"
Has brought the words to my lips
Its the truth i have liked you more
But i must lie, or else you'll leave
I cant believe your gone for now
Again I am left standing alone

Most definately love has a way changing things, complicating them especially. You've penned quite a nice piece here, good luck to you in the contest.

This is really nicely written. In the second last line the your should be "you're"

Nice poem about love, love changes everything, there is love, Love is real its not some made up fabble. Its out there knocking, you got to believe in it for it to be true, or else, it pass you by in the face without you realizing, and you will still be there saying there is No Love "but" its around you and in you.
People do some times feel like there is no love because of some horrible experience,or they have been through, either to them or someone they care about. The truth is there are one or two bad people out there that make it look that there is no love but look around there are more good people around to make love exist than there are bad.
It shows emotion and and the flow is great and the alliteration is superb. -
