Mother Goose Mix Up

Little Red Riding Hood
was feeling so blue
the kitten's mittens
were also blue too

Jack jumped over
the moon real quick
Jill jumped over
the candle stick

Mary had a wife
she could not keep
while peter peter
chased the sheep

The Old Lady's shoe
made of gingerbread
The Three Little Pigs
were very well fed

Little Miss Muffet
got kissed and cried
then Georgy porgy
ate blackberry pie

Old King Cole
asleep in the hay
the little lost sheep
ate curds and whey

Then Jack Sprat
was blowing his horn
the cat and fiddle
were in the corn

Humpty Dumpty
lost his mittens
Georgie Porgy
kissed three kittens

Even Mother goose
made no sense at all
picking pickled peppers
she took a great fall

    very good

This is very cute and zany. You did a wonderful job of confusing all that. A great imaginative work. It surely takes the boredom out of nursery rhymes, lol. Darlee77

I really liked this!! It's soo fun! I chuckled a bit while reading it. It made me nostalgic of my childhood. We used to have every possible nursery rhyme and classic childrens book. This was a very enjoyable poem. Well done!!
