Fear

I'm lying here in this hallowed place as i have for many a year.
i was told there was life after death when all i've found is fear.

Fear i didn't do enough before falling to eternal slumber.
To allow me to a cheerfull place always full of wonder,
But rather to a frightfull place filled with rolling thunder.

For fear is all that's holding me in this warm embrace.
That i get from my eternal resting place.

i thkin that this poem brings out what most people do not want to say that they are scared and have taht raw fear as you have previously stated. i cannot believe no one has comented on this poem because it was really really good.
