Passionate strong feeling's of desire,
can burn in red hot hues of flames higher.
Red is the color of rose denoting passion,
deeply red intense love in a consumed fashion.
Passion's falling deeply entwined intense,
glow a rich deep purple love heaven sent.
Enraptured longings in obsessive red blue,
create lusted trusting devotional love true.
When a deep purple love separates unseen,
trust lays broken and turns jealous green.
Passion then returns to fiery bright red,
explodes in an anger when one is misled.
Passions are inclinations to growing obsessions,
heart palpitating rainbow hues in sweet confections.
Passions left to die become cold cobalt blue,
destained and lamented become black in spirit too.

This was beautiful. I think yours is about the most unique and only really, truly interesting one in this contest. (no offense to the others, they're ok too!) I hope you win - you deserve it! So well thought out and you know, it is so true. I can see the colors whirling about as each scene and feeling is depicted. Like a dance, sortof, with scarves all around, floating in the air...
