How beautiful sis! I like the last line..for sometimes enough said is completely accurate and appropriate! Watching swans somehow sends a wave of peace and tranquility over the soul. this is really lovely!

I've never heard a haiku end with "enough said". lol Truly original. I love watching swans, too. They're the ultimate in grace (except for when they're fighting over food.)

Enough said indeed...it makes me think of a lovely spring day on a pond as one just watches the swans glide by so gracefully. It's the silence that one feels in peace. I love it. Daoine

it is indeed difficult to find the words to express when faced with something so beautiful ... they came up beautifully in the pic .... the first line is very strong ... the two fold meaning to 'swans grace' and the line suggests they came to your vision, rather than you turning to find them ... its a strong 'psychological' image .... nicely done >>> EM

I loved the first two lines. The last line was a little weak. It ended in a period or a sigh rather than a explanation point or a wow. I think it needed to end with peace. Tranquility.

it has been a long time since i've seen a swan
in reality...not on some nature program!
i remember seeing them often as a child...wonder where they've gone to? (at least around here)
i always love your haiku sis...you're one of the best at it on this site!

We live next to a park that has geese, swans, ducks, as well as a flock of peacocks. I love to sit by the water and watch them. It is just as you said, silent grace. Lovely, Susan.

that seems eons ago now....but sometimes wish I could go back to those simpler days
