no balloons

anti-climatic almost
12 years of exposition,
dramatic tension
and suddenly
we've reached the denouement.

i remember so much more hype
expected so much more.
maybe some balloons?

Author notes

okay, this started out seriousish but then it just got silly.

In Finnerty Gardens the other day when Amanda and I were walking through it, some random clown with a white face and a sad frown was slopingly walking along. Random clown amongst university garden? -- yeah, Amanda and I skirted around a differen pathway.........(we're such dorks )

You have university let down!? What the heck for! Personally, I've already had the enlightening experience of taking public transit with drunk second and third years, bragging about their drinking tickets and taking pictures of themselves, believieng it to be an accomplishment 1.) if they can keep their eyes open for the photo and 2.) that they are *ohmygosh* in a BUS.

Glad to see you posting, Sarra! And I like this...Serious thought + silliness = superb.

    Faithfully,

i like the serious. but i love the silly. SEND IN THE CLOWNS!! and the first stanza. i like the english class memories, and those little climax charts we had to draw? man, now that i think about it, those are hilarious!
