As the last falls of leaves tumble down
Small shoots of spring begin to appear
The barren trees hiding their secrets underground
Just waiting
Waiting
To take flight
New growth will occur and the sun finds ways
To heal and repair
What is hiding,waiting for the right elements to show
Their trusted warmth and hopes
Waiting to take flight
Once more
Water to feed the roots of life
Sun to light up the skies
Moonlight to show the day
Where to open the door
I sit quietly and wait
In natures wings
For spring will give new life
And the freedom to fly

Absolutely beautiful! I so enjoyed this. Very beautiful and breath taking. Lovely write, I could just picture it perfectly. Makes me feel warm. I was cold and I'm starting to warm up -slowly though! I love the background too!!!!

very well written and very beautiful. full of your wonderful style. wasn't having a panic attack as above--however, the health is betraying me again and the depression is joining the pain party. can hardly type with the disability settings. u always brighten my world a little. thanks 4 sharing. God Bless U! Sometimes, I think these contineous health battles will destroy me, one day. u saved today. angry that these diseases affect the joy of writing 4 me. u always have great back ground to enhance your work. -
