It's alright, my love

It's alright now,
It's alright now.
Those Nights that turned to days
That
Bled to tomorrow
All mean nothing anymore.
I'm not sorry.
And you shouldn't be either,
This is just
How it will be
From now on..
You'll stay there
And I'll go here
And here and no where.
But it's alright
Because we don't need
Time
Anymore
We'll live off airports, freeways, and drivebys
We'll live off telephones,
Computers
And brainwaves.
We'll live through this
We'll live through this
It's alright, my love

Well, I can't imagine why you'd give up poetry... this is lovely. It's almost prose-y... kind of in-between, but of course in a good way. I like the train of thoughts here--it's interesting to follow and says a lot under the surface. The repeating lines are nice, as well. I really like this piece... now I'm sad that you don't write anymore, lol. If you ever do decide to write more, you should definitely let me know--I'd love to read it. Have a wonderful day!
