*i look down at the picture
wishing i was there
because that moment was
when you actually cared
it was all fun and laughter
and everything was new
but the best part was when
you talked to me out of the blue
i didn't really know you
but you could make me laugh
and that was something i would need
maybe in the next year perhaps
but then the time passed
and now its harder to smile
but were not far away
not more than a few miles
the laughter and the late nights
all kept me alive
and they really helped me
to finally realize
the moments in the past
the times together
are something
i'll always remember*

Wow- this really reminds me of the friendship i have with one of my friends. I really enjoyed reading this because it related to me. I liked this very much and it is amazing how those late nights are etched into one's memory.

It made me think of friends and the good times when I was in school late nights and laughter but they are all so far away now that I returned home good job it touch me made me miss special people
