Lover's Sonnet

On this sultry flame burning temperature high
Our bodies drench in steamy sweat
From the day our eyes locked on that passing bye...
Of that day when we met
The bed now beckons to be played upon til dawn,
Kisses and touches alike sets us on fire
Moments stand still as the tow of surrender on the lawn
...Sighs beating faster as the flames goes higher
Tempting the cadence like dancers on stage,
Closing my eyes with urgent strokes just from your caress
Silently, I thank you for releasing me from this damned gilded cage
Never again will we feel under hazardous stress
At the moment of high climax, our hands together mold
End the end, nothing is said...just a simple hold

You have described the recipe for a delicious dish for two. When it reaches the prescribed temperature it usually comes out perfect.

    Sincerely,
    Leo Long
