The Unveiled Moon

Baring the burden so heavy to the night
Stars fall upon the bruised silence
And then the faith of order turns to stone
No more sullen despair in the night
As dragons appear before the swarm
Distant thrones tear anew the bloodletters
Sipping the blood-wine like a soulless fiend
Hoping to prey along the open fields of manic fires
Vistas to the ice and dawn to the dusk
Fearing the mausolem's burning rose
As the moonlight awakes the veiled choirs
So begone the desire fervors of the night
And allow gilded the moonrise of a lover
Pouring down the rain of a raping angel
Cutting through the night and a blazes
Bruised by the rotting of a lifetime and lesser demons
For the given rites of the undead
Serene no more
Sullen forever
Phallus to the moon in the nightsky
Dying the rest
No more peace for the unveiled moon

Come back to me
And concieve me
One last time
Before I die tonight

Not a bad write. I guess I'm into the dark thing today. Anyway, good imagery in this poem. A good write.
