Powerful amplification
of a mind
body and spirit
Bound by irridescent shards, moonlight
prisms break forth
Shatters diamonds and precious thoughts
into the night
I hold that diamond heart
close to my chest
Breaths becomes tighter
intense
almost painful
Then: a sudden flash of light comes
Brilliant shapes appear
a peaceful feeling arises
inner visions of calm and tranquility
fill me
with hope
almost analgesic quality
healed within
The power of light
jewels on my horizon

Very powerful. I wish that I could have that feeling. I'm new at it so it'll come yet, I hope. I did see when I was meditating... someone's shoe with a white bright light around it, but I don't know what that means. Thank you for sharing this. You are giving me much hope.
