Absent from the blood-cold world
I see the drowning of another lover
Wanting to extend my soul out to reach
Ceased by the hand of the unholy
All I want to do is to taste Her lips
For she has a wine-soaked kiss
As the dusk approaches
The moon arises to divide the daylight
And my fervor for her sullen soul spreads
Spreads like wild-fire at the rue of midnight
Sinking into the misty-cold fog
I sense her nearer like a burning rose
Her scent is like romantic camphor of Venus
My blood flows within her veins
Of her departure, that is the only thing
That is keeping my veins from tearing
I love her and so much more
A sullen desire seeps over me
And I envy her lips as she silhouettes
I love her with a passion
Author notes
I concieved this poem while thinking of a woman that I know I love. She is described in this poem as my one reason for living. I love Her. I hope you enjoy it...

That is beautiful. Most the metal heads I know don't think of such passion.

this is so beautiful, very well written and pertains to your genre. sorry that this sounds bland, but i am currently getting over a really bad breakup and hate all love poems with a passion. not that your writing isn't good, i just hate love right now
