POOKIEBUBU (Rhyming Acrostic)

POOKIEBUBU

Poetry so wonderful, she does share

Opening page, it's her soul she does bare

Opulent the words that she does impart

Kindness and warmth, coming straight from her heart

It was she as a greeter, of AP

Everlasting joy she bestowed on me

Beginning one day, July of this year

Utilizing my pen, still with some fear

But to my surprise, her words I did see

Utmost was the praise that she gave to me

Deborah, A million thanks I give to you, for being there.
Making me feel welcome, my first AP friend.

Author notes

You can read Pookiebubu's great poetry at allpoetry.com/Poets/Pookiebubu

I commented on Funky Foal by Faithful Dreamer as well as applauded a wonderful write.
I also commented on your poem to OGreatBaldOne an acrostic birthday wish to him. Applauded another fine work.

Deborah,
These special thanks I give to you. Not just a poet, you are so much more. I am proud to call you a friend. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable about my decision to try my hand at poetry.  For anyone that may not know her by this name pookiebubu was formerly e e hal one of the wonderful greeters here at AP.

P.S.  I thought you might like the wolves there...LOL

Marianne, The subject of the poem is a wolf lover also, thus I chose the background. Glad to know you like them also. Hint, hint...LOL I'm glad you enjoyed this and I really enjoyed your poem for OGreatBaldOne. Thanks for the best wishes and the great comment. Sunniest of days to you. F: Joyce
