Step right up and you shall see

The magic he creates is heavenly

Abundant is the talent he does display

Rewarding the reader every step of the way

His thoughts flowing, from pen to page

Inspiring us as he stands on the stage

Kudos to him let us all bestow

Endless is this poet's magic show

Resplendent is his ink that flows

Jim, I know how much you like magic and I hope that this was filled with enough to pull a rabbit out of your hat...LOL
As we hitch hike through the galaxies, maybe we will be lucky enough to ride aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise.
After all, how can they pass up the chance to have the great starhiker along for the ride.

      spirit, Thank you again for coming back to my older work. I just ended up editing my last line to rhyme with the previous two lines seeing as it was not an equal amount of lines in the name.     Deborah, Thank you for the words of praise you gave to me here.
    It was from you that I received the inspiration to do an acrostic and I have fallen in love with them. I can't always get them to rhyme, but somehow this one worked great. He would have an extra letter at the end so I couldn't finish off in rhyme...LOL That is ok, I think the line used at the end fit in perfectly for him. I like your name change by the way, very cute. Have a great day my friend and keep penning.

    Dang, this is good. I've written a few acrostics, but I don't know if I would be able to write one that rhymes. Great job with this tribute to a friend!

    Oh, this was beautiful, Joyce! I will put a link to this from my page. Liked your Author's Comment aswell, quite funny. But I just wondered if you could tell me what "kudos" mean?
