My welcome home

Have you ever heard music,
So sweet and so clear,
That only angels could sing it,
And bring the notes to your ears?

The blending of voices,
Entwined with a breeze,
Float down from the heavens,
Through the leaves of the trees.

They come to my window,
Blend softly over the sill,
And land on my pillow,
Where my head lies so still.

I can hardly believe,
The sounds of God's choir,
And He's sent them to me ,
Like a beautiful flower.

In solitude and peace,
My soul rises high,
And I soar to the music,
As I fly through the sky.

What a beautiful welcome,
God has sent from above,
For my welcome back home,
He sent His choir of love.

This was cute. Very beautiful rhythm that fit well with the subject. The poem felt like it was a song in itself. Nice job with that. I would suggest taking a second look at your punctuation. You tend to overpunctuate which ruins the rhythm of this for me. Best of luck in the contest.

This is simply ggreat sis, it really flows right off your tongue and the words are so true. To me though you will always have the voice of an angel. Lots of love
