On the floor of your room
When your body is next to mine i never want the time to come for you to wake

I wish we could just lay there talking, wrestling, massaging all hours of the day
I wish you could grab me and hold me the way you do as i fall deep asleep every night
I wish you could just let go and let me be yours
I wish you would kiss me like you used to
I wish you weren't afraid

No matter how hard you try to hide it at times
When you hold me in the night

Sadly i know this isn't true
