Black Star

Mother Earth sitting in darkness
Nothing left to light the way

A black star, holder of no light
Surrounding the earth
Engulfing all light shining upon her

The moon is now gone
Her beams eaten up by
The darkness of the star

The Lady of Guidance and Wisdom
Lost in the darkness
No longer able to guide
Thy mother to her destiny

The Man of patience,
His patients buried beneath the cold of the darkness
Never to be the strength for earth again

Together, thy moon, lady and man,
Unstoppable....
Captured within the darkness of the star

Scratching...
Clawing.....
Digging their way back

One day the star will be destroyed....
One day the light of the moon
Shall shine lovingly upon thy mother...
One day the Lady's wisdom and guidance
Shall rule earth's path...
One day the patience of the Man
Shall be the strength that bonds
All to thy mother....
One day we shall be one........

What can I say but thank you for your most wondrous words.
Truly the most unique comment I have yet to receive on any of my work.

This was elemental in its complex simplicity I know that sounds wrong but your dealing with forces of nature in a metaphoric form and I found its duality full of complexities and interest…Simply said with complex meanings….
