Gazing out my window
Watching life bloom
This is what I see


Sun flowers bursting from the flower beds
Tiger lilies dancing along the steps
Tulips poised gracefully beside the driveway
Roses climbing across my window sill

Gazing out my window
Watching life fly by
This is what I hear

Blue Jays singing a catchy tune
Mocking birds chasing my cat away
Cardinals splashing in the bird bath
Crows in the fields pecking at the corn

Watching life scurry along
This is what I see

My dog barking at the horses
The ducks waddling near the pond
The rabbits hopping playfully along
The cattle grazing in the green pastures

Gazing out my window
Watching life blow on past
This is what I hear


Fields of wheat swaying in the breeze
Tree leaves rustling out side my window
A kite riding the wind high above
Wind chimes catching the soft spring winds

Gazing out my window
Watching life in all it's beauty
Oh, what a wonderful world to me
