My shoes were worn from traveling far
I had been searching much too long
my existence was never clear to me
the paths chosen were always wrong
Life's journey took me many places
many places I did not want to be
they were dark and full of sorrow
my long journey was lonely for me
After many sad years of wandering
my life was about to turn around
a wonderful young man spoke of God
his words had a kind, gentle sound
My faith in God ended my sad journey
I was searching for God all my life
He has lifted my burdens and sorrow
God has taken my heartache and strife
I live my life praising God each day
God's love has been a blessing to me
my Salvation began by reading a poem

Hey, here ya go, new shoes for the new path you chose. Jesus loves you so very much, and amen to you. You are never alone cause Jesus is always there, rember that. He is always there, and he loves you. This was an awesome poem Mom.
