How do you tell if he is your soulmate?

I held the rose you surprised me with in bemusement.
I smelled it's perfume as I thought of you.
I touched it's soft petals to my lips.
Lips that you've just kissed.

I am honestly perplexed,
have I been put under a spell or drank a witches potion?
I've never felt this way before.
You've touched my heart and I thought it was made of ice.
Imagine my surprise that it melted just for you.
You were not what I expected.
But to my surprise we matched.
Is it love do you think?
I am confused.
I've never been in love before.

My boyfreind is sweet, he brought me flowers for no reason. But I am confused, do I love him or not?

    Thank you for your kind comments on my poem "How do you tell if he is your soulmate?" I love that man of mine more and more every day. He will celebrate our second anniverseary in feb of 2007. I just can't believe that he puts up with me! lol

    Thank you for your kind comments on my poem "how do you tell if he is your soulmate?" I met my boyfriend six months ago and I think I fall more in love with him every day. It is so strange, I've never felt this way before about anyone. It is so confusing.

    This is a moving peice. This is almost how i felt not to long ago. I thought i was incapable of love till somone came along and showe d me what it was like. It was as if i was seeing the world in a whole new light. Much like you have decribed. Thank you so much for this woulderfull work it touces me and reminds me that there's still hope for a nother love out there! Keep up the beautifull work!

    Beautiful poem!!! I think you are in love just by the description, but that's my opinion. I was in a realtionship prior to the one I'min now, adnI thought I loved the guy but found out i didn't,then my ex told me I was uncapable of love, beacsue we broke, up. Anyway I met my boyfriend now and he touched me, and I know that i love him and it is amazing, they seem to make somethign come out in you, and make all things in you that you thought couldn't go away, like an dicce heart.
